What's New?
FSA Changes Due to Health Care Reform:
Starting January 1, 2011, you will no longer be able to pay for
over the counter (OTC) medicines from your health care flexible spending account (FSA) without a
prescrip-tion. Insulin, prescription medicines and some OTC supplies such as bandages, crutches and
contact lens solution will continue to be eligible for reimbursement if your health care FSA plan
currently allows this and does not make any additional changes to their plan.
